Cancellation/Late Policy

Your appointments are very important to the Salon Soma Team, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Please notify us 24 hours or more in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment:

  • Late Arrivals: We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of your stylists day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. For this reason, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service(s) booked so you may have to cancel or sacrifice parts of the service in order to stay within the time allotted for you and to respect the next client’s appointment time.
  • Failure to show up for your appointment (No Call/No Show) will result in a credit card to hold your next appointment. If you fail to show up again, we will charge you the full price of your services booked. If you call to cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment, you will not be charged.

As a courtesy, we do call and/or text to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.  If we are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure. We very much appreciate your business and compliance with our policy. Thank you for your understanding.
